Stephanie Bovis is a yogi, fitness enthusiast, active and mindfulness meditation practitioner, host, and one of Singapore’s leading fitness and wellness experts. Having trained with renowned teachers over the years, Stephanie brings with her a repertoire of nurturing practices that are heart-opening and expansive, with methods tailored to meet and guide individuals wherever they are in their journey.

A little bit more about Stephanie…

Stephanie is a certified yoga and meditation teacher living in Singapore, with over 1000 training hours dedicated to various avenues of practice. She specialises in the yin style of practice, but she is also passionate about mobility and self expression.

Stephanie got her first 200 hour teacher training in 2015 in Bali, which focused on a holistic training focusing using the elemental theory in TCM and Ayurveda to understand yoga therapy. Through this training she was introduced to the practice of yin yoga, and identified deeply with it because it was what complemented herself best. She sharpened her focus accordingly, and enrolled in multiple trainings over the years with renowned teachers who contributed directly to the creation of yin yoga!

In January 2023, after two years of study, Stephanie obtained her Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification under her mentors and renowned teachers, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

Private, Small Group, and Public Classes

  • Stephanie offers one-on-one sessions or couple sessions tailored to your needs for body and mind. Classes to be held at her own home studio, or at your own home, if needed.

  • Gather your friends together for a different kind of fun. Stephanie offers classes for groups of friends that can be tailored to any specific theme or occasion.

  • Currently Stephanie teaches every Wednesday at 12:15pm at Yoga Story on Amoy Street in downtown Singapore.

Corporate Wellness

Stephanie thrives in a corporate setting. By merging both her skills on stage as a corporate emcee with her passions for yoga and meditation, Stephanie works with corporations privately and in large-scale event settings. She has shared her active meditations and yoga in large-scale festivals - such as the Wonderfruit Festival in Pattaya, Thailand, Garden Beats Festival in Singapore, a Virtual Yoga Fest, and more recently, the Wellness Festival Singapore organised by the Singapore Tourism Board.
